The Fredifier- Tube emulator rectifier
This conveinent plug and play device allows you to reap the benefits off HexFred diodes without having your amp modded, which
can be expensive. The Fredifier is rated for a Peak Inverse Voltage of 1,800. The FRED is a Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode
which has a softer recovery than traditional solid state rectifiers, which in turn yields a more tube like response. The Fredifier
will also yield higher Voltages tan a traditional tube rectifier so you get a little more clean headroom.
